Integer Ranked No. 2 Top Workplace in South Carolina

We’re thrilled to announce Integer has been ranked the No. 2 Top Workplace in South Carolina for 2025 in the small company category.

We were also given the top Special Workplace Culture Award – Leadership in the small company category, recognizing our CEO Duke Hartman, P.E., and COO Josh Knight, Ph.D.

The award is especially meaningful because it’s based entirely on employee feedback given through a confidential survey administered by employee engagement technology firm Energage LLC. The survey measures employee experience in the areas of feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, among others.

We’re grateful to Energage LLC and Integrated Media Publishing for recognizing us with these honors.

Our Director of Human Resources, Bobbi Madrigal, attended the South Carolina awards ceremony held at the Convention Center.
