What We Do
Integer Technologies is an applied research and product development company founded by scientists and engineers with a passion for technology and national security. We perform R&D on next-generation systems and technologies for the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. We are hardware and software developers with experience turning research into impactful products for military and commercial applications. Our core portfolio of research includes projects in power & energy systems, unmanned systems (with an emphasis on maritime systems), digital engineering, and advanced manufacturing.

About the Role
The Operations Associate is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the organization's daily operations. The operations associate must have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different business functions under the supervision of the CEO and COO. On-the-job and professional third-party training will be provided for the position.
While this role begins at an associate level, there is significant opportunity for growth and advancement at this company. If the successful candidate proves his or her value to the organization, responsibility and pay will increase accordingly. Integer is willing to consider more experienced candidates.
Tasks will be varied, and the focus for the position will be tailored to the successful candidate’s strongest areas of experience.

Applicants do not need to have years of experience in every area listed below. Applicants with at least two years of experience in at least one area listed below are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will lead, manage, and support tasks in the following business areas, listed roughly in order of priority for this position:

Accounting and finance.

Working with QuickBooks, accounts payable / accounts receivable (using Bill.com), purchasing, timekeeping system (QB Time), update accounting policy manual, expense reporting policies, budget forecasts, and interfacing with accounting consultants and an outsourced payroll firm.

General administration.
-
Assisting the leadership team with regular administration and operations of the business. For example, these tasks may include reviewing security policies, vendor quotes, HR policies, etc.

Other admin tasks as required.

Depending on the capabilities of the applicant, the role may also involve supporting the following areas:

Digital marketing.
-
Including digital and social media marketing, drafting marketing copy, a newsletter, presentations, and other marketing collateral, managing/updating website and LinkedIn presence.

Manage LinkedIn Recruiter, filtering, and contacting target candidates.

Required Qualifications
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
-
Exceptional organizational skills along with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
-
Prior role in a business performing day-to-day tasks in at least one of the business areas listed above for at least two years.

U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Graduate business degree is a plus and will be factored into base salary.

Prior experience in a government / defense contracting company managing the contracts, legal, accounting, or finance functions is highly desired.
